Exchange
ASPERX will replace (at ASPERX's expense) any ASPERX product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to ASPERX in accordance with this warranty, ASPERX will, at its option:
(i) replace the ASPERX Product with a replacement product of the same model (or with your consent a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same features, or the same model in a different color).
(ii) exchange the ASPERX Product for a refund of your purchase price.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on ASPERX's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Exclusions
ASPERX's warranty does not apply to:
Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in ASPERX's current product literature.
Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
Any product purchased through an online auction house.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. We don't charge any refund fees. Please note that return shipping fees and original shipping costs (except in cases of quality issues) are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For US customers, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
