This is an attractive portable tire air compressor that contains a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, chargeable with the included USB-C cable. However, you will need to use your own AC or 12V car adapter. There is no mention of charging it within the car. Practically speaking, the compressor needs to be fully pre-charged.

The instructions are pretty straightforward. The battery came about 50% charged, and there are four green lights to indicate the progress.

I evaluated the compressor by adding air to a P205/55/16 size tire that was at 28 psi. The screen display is very clear as seen in the photo. I used the default 36 psi on the device, and it took about 1.5 minutes for the tire to reach 36 psi, and then the device shut off. As comparison, my small AC garage air compressor would have taken about 10 seconds. The battery indicator went to three green lights during this use.

I feel that this inflator is not very convenient as a car tire inflator. It would simply take too long, but it would be better than nothing in an emergency. However, I see this device as being perfect for bicycle tire and sport ball inflation. There is a kit containing several adapters for use with such inflatables. For any serious bicycle riding, this device would be perfect to take along for emergencies.

Overall, it's a good portable inflator for bicycles and inflatable toys.

This is a great little inflator if you RV or have bicycles. If you have ever overinflated a bicycle tube and had it explode (ask me how I know) you will love the auto shut off feature. It is very easy to connect, set your desired pressure, and wait until the desired pressure is reached. Great for small inflatables. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Charging the inflator is done with a 5.0V/2A phone charger and a USB C cable (provided) all of which fit inside the provided nylon storage bag . I tested the inflator on 2 of my 13 inch travel trailer tires. Both were inflated from 55 psi to 65 psi in about 5 minutes each. It did use 3 of the 4 bars of charge but that is certainly acceptable for this small compact inflator. The device was set to 65 psi and stopped at 65 psi. I used 2 separate gauges to verify, and both read 67 psi. I can live with that difference and will adjust input pressure accordingly. I think this is a great tool for anyone needing a portable (wireless) inflator and highly recommend it.

This air compressor has blown my mind! We have a chronically flat tire on our mower, and we would normally have to drag it out of the shed and use a compressor that plugs into the car to inflate it. Not easy or convenient. This air compressor allows us to blow up the tire right in the shed, making the process so much easier. It also works on just about anything that needs to be blown up: bike tires, car tires, pool floaties. It has so many uses and is so easy to use and so portable! It also charges very easily and will hold a charge for a long time. This is definitely something to keep around the house, in your tool box, or in your car. Would also be great for camping trips or times when you need items inflated, but don't have access to a plug.

We live in a remote area and do a lot of long distance driving. This is a totally fantastic addition to our emergency roadside preparedness program. We also have a lithium ion jump starter, and with tis air compressor, we can cover most problems that we might encounter. This is a well made unit and comes with a type-C charger cord. There is no adapter, but that is common these days since you can pick them up at a dollar store. The instructions are clear and concise. The entire kit fits in to the small bag that is included and then still fits in the original box, which makes it very handy to see what it is, and protect it from damage in the trunk, or storage compartment. It also has a small LED light, which is adequate for inflating a tire in the dark, but not much more. The initial charge took about 1 ½ hours, and it fired right up and pumped air with no issues. It has a great 3 inch LCD screen and a couple of features that I didn’t expect, like tire pressure detection, and auto stop after setting the desired pressure. Whether you’re in a truck, or car, a motorcycle, or bicycle, this is a very useful, well made air compressor to have on hand. For us on our ranch, it will be very nice to have for times when you just can’t get back to the shop with the air compressor to air something up. This thing really puts out a lot of air. I really like this product a lot, and highly recommend it.

A week after I purchased this on Cyber Monday to keep in the car for emergencies, I was driving home after work at 3 am. On the freeway, I noticed my low pressure light hadn’t gone off yet (sometimes when it’s cold it takes a minute to register the correct pressure). My rear tire was 10 psi too low.

I pulled over, turned on my flashers, set the mode on the pump to bicycle (my only complaint is car tire pressure mode isn’t in psi, but bike tire pressure mode is) and set the pressure to 34. I hopped out, attached the pump, started it, and got back in the car and locked the doors. A couple of minutes later I heard the pump stop. Jumped out, detached the pump, and I was back on my way home.

It was so wonderful to not have to stand on the side of a freeway in the dark when people who are driving may not be the most alert. I’ve recommended this item to many friends and will be buying it as a gift for people.
